i dont know if it is illigal or not, but even if it is illigal, why are police not enforcing it. it is kind of annoying hearing spanish in an english country.

WHAT ABOUT THE GREAT PERCENTAGE OF PEOPLE WHO DO NOT SPEAK SLANG??? HOW DID THEY DO IT???
