How much money should I be looking to spend if I really want to learn? If necessary I guess I’d spend up to $500 (only assuming that I actually learn to speak Spanish; I don’t want to dump money into a bad quality online Spanish course)

I was born in the United States, and my only Spanish knowledge comes from high school. Any help would be greatly appreciated! :)
