Where can I learn spanish for business and personal situations?

I want to learn spanish because my boyfriend is Columbian, and also because I would like to be able to do business with spanish speaking people. Where/how is the fastest way to do this? I’m really good at learning languages. I Aced Spanish in Highschool, but I don’t remember that much. I practice with my boyfriend, and try to learn, but it’s easier in a school environment with a textbook and a teacher.

I have purchased Rosetta Stone, various verb/action books, short phrase books, I have taken a Continuing Education Class (dropped out, it was supposed to be Community Speaking but not enough people signed up, they put me in a class they teach Police Officers) I listen to 99.1 radio station which is all spanish music, when possible I watch movies in Spanish with English subtitles, etc. I have been trying for over 2 years and I can’t retain it. When I am doing my Rosetta Stone, I score very high on my tests, but when I turn off my computer and come back the next day, I have forgotten most of what I have learned. If you learn a 2nd language early in childhood and continue to speak it, is it also your mother tongue?
