Also, once you start getting better, you should use that language instead of just studying it: buy magazines, read books, find some friends to talk and write to in that language. I think that English is the easiest language to learn, because the verb conjugations are so much easier that any other language!
Anyway, if you want to learn a language, the best way to achieve fluency is to study the basic grammar and then watch tons of movies in that language. It really helps.
